Instructing us for Conveyancing is as simple as 1 2 3...
If you have found a property to buy, got an offer on your home or even if you are just in the early stages we can have you file open in under 10 minutes. Here we explain the process
Step 1
Once we have provided you with a quote you are happy with we will need to take down some information from you such as home address, address of property being purchased / sold.
Step 2
Now that we have processed the information your file is open. You will receive an email with the full name of your solicitor along with their direct contact details. You can simply forward this email on to your estate agents so they can send out the sales memorandum.
Step 3
The final stage is the welcome call from your solicitor which happens within the hour. Your solicitor will also confirm that the client care pack has been sent.
